DISTRICT PRESBYTERY COUNCIL

There shall be a District Presbytery Council which shall be the coordinating and highest decision-making

| MEMBERSHIP

The District Presbytery Council shall be made of the District Pastor and his Wife All Pastors / Overseer, One Pastor’s Wife Representative, The District Executives, Two (2) Elders representatives, two (2) Deacons and Deaconesses and two (2) Prophets / Prophetesses in the District.

| FUNCTIONS

(a) It shall be the highest policy-making body in the District.
(b) It shall discuss and decide on matters affecting the welfare of the Local Assemblies in the district.
(c) It shall elect the District Secretary and other Executive Committee Members.
(d) It shall receive and approve reports submitted by the various organs of the church in the District.

| MEETINGS

It shall meet at least once in four (4) months.

| LOCAL PRESBYTERY COUNCIL

There shall be a Local Presbytery Council which shall be the coordinating and highest decision-making body at the local assembly.

The Local Presbytery Council shall be made up of the Pastor, the Presiding Elder, all Elders at the local assembly, all Deacons and Deaconesses in the local assembly.

FUNCTIONS: The Local Presbytery Council;
(i) Shall discuss and decide and report on matters affecting the assembly.
(ii) Shall meet at least once a month.
(iii) Shall be responsible to the District Presbytery Council
