GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

| SECRETARIAT DEPARTMENT

Located directly under the Office of the General Secretary, this department handles all official communication emanating from and entering the Head Office. Members include the Chairman, the General Secretary, and their secretaries.

| HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

The Human Resource Department exists to attract, develop, and retain staff  with actual and future potential to effectively and efficiently perform their duties and responsibilities to further the Church’s mission and support its objectives.

| FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The department’s key functions include receiving, custody, and disbursement of Church funds in accordance with the Church’s financial policy. It also prepares the final annual accounts, budget, income and expenditure statements, and monthly cash-flow statements of the Church.

| AUDIT MONITORING & EVALUATION

The Audit Monitoring and Evaluation Department (AME) monitors the day-to-day financial business of the Church. It ensures transparency and accountability at all levels of the Church’s administration. It also investigates allegations of financial impropriety that come to management’s attention and ensures that assets are appropriately acquired, recorded, and protected.

| PROJECTS, DEVELOPMENT AND ESTATES DEPARTMENT

This department facilitates the acquisition, documentation, procurement, maintenance, and protection of the Church’s landed properties and investment projects. It also coordinates the execution of major Headquarters projects.

| INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

This department facilitates the acquisition, installation, smooth operation, and maintenance of ICT facilities and offers users training and technical support services. In addition, the department compiles and analyses statistical data on the Church and processes the Church’s corporate memory.

| TRANSPORT / TECHNICAL TRAINING DEPARTMENT

The department handles the purchase and maintenance of church official vehicles.
