a). There shall be a General Council, made up of all Apostles, Prophets, Trustees, all active ordained Ministers, Regional Executive Committee Members, National Heads, National Deacons, National Secretaries, Chairmen of Boards and Committees, and Movement/ministries General Leaders or Director(s). b). The Executive may invite Specialists, Retired Ministers, and other persons to attend but without voting rights.

a). The Executive may invite Specialists, Retired Ministers, and other persons to attend but the General Council shall be the highest policy-making body. b). It shall elect The Chairman, all the Executive Council members, the General Secretary, and the International Missions Director. c). It shall be the final appellate body in all disciplinary matters affecting members of the General Council for which purpose the Council may appoint an appellate committee. d). It shall have the right to impeach any member of the General Council on the grounds of stated misconduct should the Executive Council fail to do so. e). It shall receive and approve all reports submitted by the various Bodies and Committees. f). It shall have the authority to invite or summon a particular person(s) or group of persons, a committee to a meeting as and when it deems it necessary.
| MEETINGS
The General Council meetings shall be held annually. They shall be duly constituted as follows:
National Representation: All Apostles, Prophets, Regional Heads, all active ordained Pastors, Trustees, Chairmen of Boards and Committees, Movement/Ministry General Leaders and Directors, Three (3) Elders representatives including the Regional Deacon of the Regional Presbytery Council.
International Representation: All Apostles, Prophets, National Heads, and National Deacons from external branches.
| EMERGENCY MEETINGS
The General Council may, however, convene emergency meetings as and when it becomes necessary.
Such meetings shall be called by the Executive Council in consultation with the Trustees.
Only the National Heads from the external branches shall attend when the agenda demands their input.
| VOTING
All voting at the General Council shall be by secret ballot, acclamation, or by show of hands.
| QUORUM
Two- thirds (2/3) of the General Council members present shall form a quorum
